- Manuscripts are assessed on the merit and quality of their content.
- UPTM Press appoints appropriate field experts to evaluate manuscripts before publication.
- Reviewers are expected to provide constructive and professional comments.
- Manuscripts and related information are confidential throughout the review and publication process.
- Reviewers and editors must disclose academic, financial or professional conflicts of interest and withdraw where a conflict exists.
- For book manuscripts, the guideline provides a maximum evaluation period of 30 days for the appointed field evaluator.
